BYE Performance – Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
By purchasing from BYE Performance, you acknowledge and agree to the following Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy.
1. Product Compatibility & Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all products purchased are suitable and compatible with their intended vehicle or application prior to purchase. If you are unsure about compatibility, our team is available to assist with product enquiries before ordering.
BYE Performance will not accept responsibility for incorrect product selection made by the customer.
2. Change of Mind
BYE Performance does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Items no longer required
- Delays caused by freight carriers or third parties
3. Sale Items & Gift Cards
Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not available for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Special-order or custom-made products
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify BYE Performance within 7 days of receiving the order.
To lodge a claim, customers must provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs and/or videos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item
Failure to report faults or damages within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
Once the claim has been assessed, BYE Performance will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund
Products may need to be returned for inspection before a resolution can be provided.
5. Return Shipping
Where a return is approved, BYE Performance will provide detailed return instructions.
Depending on the nature of the approved return, BYE Performance may cover return shipping costs at its discretion. However, BYE Performance accepts no liability for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a tracked and insured freight service when returning goods.
Items returned without prior authorisation from BYE Performance will not be accepted.
6. Installation & Liability Disclaimer
BYE Performance is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses associated with:
- Installation or removal costs
- Labour charges
- Tuning expenses
- Vehicle downtime
- Freight delays
- Third-party workshop charges
- Consequential damages or losses
BYE Performance accepts no responsibility for faults or damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Improper use
- Neglect
- Unauthorised modifications
- Motorsport or competition use
- Tuning errors
- Failure to follow manufacturer recommendations
Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended for all performance-related products.
