1. General These terms govern your use of shop.byeperformance.com, operated by BYE Performance, Western Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.


2. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Union Pay. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.


3. Shipping We dispatch Australia-wide. Shipping timeframes vary by location. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. BYE Performance accepts no liability for delays caused by freight carriers or third parties.


4. Product Compatibility & Customer Responsibility It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all products purchased are suitable and compatible with their intended vehicle or application prior to purchase. If you are unsure about compatibility, our team is available to assist before ordering. BYE Performance will not accept responsibility for incorrect product selection made by the customer.


5. Change of Mind BYE Performance does not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, items no longer required, or delays caused by freight carriers or third parties.


6. Sale Items, Gift Cards & Special Orders Refunds, exchanges or returns are not available for sale or clearance items, gift cards, or special-order and custom-made products.


7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you must notify BYE Performance within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@byeperformance.com.au.

To lodge a claim you must provide your order number or proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs and/or videos showing the fault, damage or incorrect item. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

Once assessed, BYE Performance will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit or refund. Products may need to be returned for inspection before a resolution is provided.


8. Return Shipping Where a return is approved, BYE Performance will provide detailed return instructions. Return shipping costs may be covered at BYE Performance's discretion. BYE Performance accepts no liability for items lost, stolen or damaged during return transit. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a tracked and insured freight service. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


9. Installation & Liability Disclaimer BYE Performance is not liable for any costs, damages or losses associated with installation or removal costs, labour charges, tuning expenses, vehicle downtime, freight delays, third-party workshop charges, or consequential damages or losses of any kind.

BYE Performance accepts no responsibility for faults or damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, neglect, unauthorised modifications, motorsport or competition use, tuning errors, or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations. Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended for all performance-related products.


10. Warranty All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be directed through BYE Performance. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, neglect, unauthorised modifications, motorsport or competition use, or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations.


11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
