1. Order Processing All orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Destinations BYE Performance ships Australia-wide. We are based in Welshpool, Western Australia. At this time we do not offer international shipping.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

  • Western Australia (metro): 1–3 business days
  • Western Australia (regional): 3–7 business days
  • Eastern States (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA): 5–10 business days
  • Remote & regional Australia: 7–14 business days

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. For large or heavy items such as exhaust systems, engine components and supercharger kits, freight costs will reflect the size and weight of the goods.


5. Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress directly with the freight carrier. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at sales@byeperformance.com.au.


6. Large & Oversized Items Some products such as exhaust systems, engine components and supercharger kits are bulky or heavy and may be shipped via a specialist freight service. Delivery of oversized items may require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide authority to leave instructions at checkout.


7. Freight Delays & Damages in Transit BYE Performance dispatches all orders in good faith using reputable freight carriers. Once an order has left our warehouse, BYE Performance accepts no liability for delays caused by the freight carrier or third parties. If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately before use and contact us within 7 days at sales@byeperformance.com.au.


8. Incorrect Delivery Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. BYE Performance accepts no liability for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery details after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@byeperformance.com.au. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, however this cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.


9. Authority to Leave If you select authority to leave at checkout, BYE Performance and the freight carrier accept no responsibility for loss or theft of goods once delivered to the nominated address.


10. Click & Collect Local customers are welcome to collect orders from our Welshpool workshop. Please select Click & Collect at checkout and wait for a ready-to-collect notification before attending. Our address is 84 Ewing St, Welshpool WA 6106.
