You no longer need to worry about needle bearings escaping into your engine. CHE Precision offers a high-performance trunnion upgrade engineered for high-RPM LS and LT applications, delivering improved durability and reliability under extreme load.

The CHE Trunnion Kit is compatible with both stock and aftermarket rocker bolts, and installs easily using only snap ring pliers and assembly lubricant. Each kit includes 16 hardened steel trunnions, 32 bronze bushings, and 32 retainer clips.

By replacing the factory caged roller bearing assembly with CHE’s precision-engineered trunnion system, rotating mass is kept low while significantly increasing durability—making it ideal for high-RPM race and performance engines. Backed by over 35 years of industry experience, CHE has developed proprietary materials that set a new benchmark in wear resistance and performance.

The trunnion bushings are manufactured from CHE’s proprietary bronze alloy and feature advanced oil-grooving technology, providing increased load-bearing capacity and optimal lubrication under extreme operating conditions.
