Installation & Compatibility Notes

• Pushrod Length & Lifter Preload:
  It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or installer to determine the correct pushrod length and ensure appropriate lifter preload for the specific engine setup. Pushrods are sold separately.
• Piston-to-Valve Clearance:
  The installer must verify sufficient piston-to-valve clearance during assembly.
• Camshaft Timing:
  Correct camshaft timing must be confirmed during installation to ensure proper engine operation.
• ECU Calibration Required:
  A custom ECU tune is required following installation
• Torque Converter Compatibility:
  Requires high-stall torque convertor.
• Valve Spring Recommendation:
  We strongly recommend fitting a dual valve spring kit with any aftermarket camshaft installation.
• Cylinder Head Compatibility:
  Large split cam designed for rectangular heads.
  
• Camshaft Bolt Pattern:
  This is a 3-bolt designed camshaft; factory single-bolt engines will require a 3-bolt cam gear or a compatible 3-bolt timing chain set. These components are sold separately.
